Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all tickets and passes purchased for After Dusk events.

Non-Refundable Tickets

All tickets and passes purchased for After Dusk events are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No Refunds in Normal Circumstances

Once a ticket or pass is booked, no refunds will be provided in cases including but not limited to:

• Change of plans or personal reasons
• Inability to attend the event
• Late arrival or no-show
• Failure to attend the event for any reason

Exceptions

Refunds will be processed only in the following situations:

• Event cancellation by After Dusk
• Event rescheduling where the ticket holder is unable to attend
• Duplicate, failed, or incorrect transactions caused by technical or payment gateway errors

Refund Processing

• All approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days
• Bank or payment provider processing timelines may vary

Payment Security

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. After Dusk does not store any card details, UPI information, or banking data on its servers.
